Meet Darling, a cutie pie who will charm anyone she meets. We are guessing at her breed and are open to suggestions!!! She's just a baby at about 4 months old and will need a home that realizes the needs of a puppy! She arrives in Seattle on March 11th. She is almost completely potty trained but will need a patient owner to finish up. She likes to play with her people and is phenomenal with children other dogs and cats. She doesn't chase birds or anything so we think she's be good around chickens and other farm animals. An all round great puppy! We do require a home and reference checks before adoption and with our puppies the adoption contract states that a training class is also mandatory.

Darling is calm inside but a little wild when she first comes in, and she likes to run and play while outside. She barks when people pull up the drive way, but she is very friendly once they come up near her. She is a little wary initially of men, but once they pet her she's best friends with anyone.

She is kennel trained and doing great with house training. She is loving and very playful. If you walk away from her before she's done playing, she will grab the back of your pants and try to pull you towards her! She truly is an amazing pup.

As a purely foster based rescue we have no central location at which you can visit our dogs, consequently we only honor meeting requests from preapproved adopters.  You are welcome to fill in our online application at www.myaarf.org; please fill this in as fully as you can.  It won't obligate you to anything or any particular dog but gives us a great place from which to begin the matching process.  Please allow 24-48 hours for a response from our busy volunteers. Adoption Fee is $400 which includes all transport, vetting (including spay) and microchipping.
