Are you looking for a fun loving companion? Then look no further, Albert is a hound mix with lots of energy to spare.He is super friendly and believes everyone should be his friend. He has no clue how big he is and wants nothing more when he's done playing than to snuggle in your lap. He has some basic training, sit stay and come. As he is young at just a year old he will benefit greatly from further training which will be required in his adoption contract. He does okay on a leash but needs practice. He is excellent in a car, loves toys, especially ropes and nyla bones. He's an easy going, submissive, playful boy who wants to be obedient but his nose can distract him. Affectionate, Very intelligent and just a little Goofy! Like most dogs he's mostly vocal when playing and excited.

As a purely foster based rescue we have no central location at which you can visit our dogs, consequently we only honor meeting requests from preapproved adopters.  You are welcome to fill in our online application at www.myaarf.org; please fill this in as fully as you can.  It won't obligate you to anything or any particular dog but gives us a great place from which to begin the matching process.  Please allow 24-48 hours for a response from our busy volunteers. Adoption Fee is $350 which includes all transport, vetting (including neuter) and microchipping.
