Meet Beautiful Miss Charlotte, she is looking for a home to call her own.  She was rescued from a holding facility in Louisiana and brought up to Seattle to find her forever home.  You will not meet a sweeter dog, LOVES kids, if she is on a walk and hears any children so goes directly to them :).  Great with other dogs, loves to play and when playtime is up she is ready to snuggle with you.  Loves all people big and small.  Best guess is she is a beagle mix?  Full grown at 35lbs -   Not quite potty trained yet but she is working on it!
