Playful Grommet was rescued from a shelter where he was turned in as stray. He loves the company of people and enjoys long walks and running. Always intrigued by other dogs and cats, Grommet has not displayed any aggression towards either. Crate trained and house trained, Grommet wants to "hang out" with his people or lay on the couch (with or without them). He is so affectionate and loving that he showers you with constant kisses with his tail always wagging. He is very strong and he is slowly learning to walk well on a leash but is still a work in progress. We are looking for a dedicated family who will sign up for obedience courses and follow through on the training. Grommet is all heart. He loves being hugged and leans on you when you sit with him. He is the kind of dog that not only appreciates play time but also the calm moments. It's both impressive and entertaining to watch him just sit and observe his surroundings as if to reflect on life.
