Big Charlie is an adult dog with a big personality. Easy going and friendly, he is the kind of dog who will hang out with you wherever you are but can burn off some energy with physical activity, too. His previous guardian was handicapped and had to surrender Charlie when they were evicted from their residence. On his way to the shelter, AFF intervened and saved this dashing boy. Charlie enjoys watching television (he can sit through movies and shows and actually watches), go for walks and is very content to just be with his family. He gets a little excited at first but considering his previous guardian's physical needs he calms down quickly and behaves. He has been fostered in a home with multiple cats and does fine with them. Now that he has an opportunity for a new life we'd like to find a home for Charlie that will exercise him more and maintain proper discipline. He is a large dog and because of his size might be hard to manage with small kids, but he absolutely loves kids and would do very well with kids over 8. Sweet Charlie is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped. Adoption fee.
