Hondo was surrendered by a family from Eastern Washington who could no longer keep him. He was loved by a 14 year boy and he is now looking for a new home. He is very active and because of this we do not recommend a home with small children. Hondo is very good overall but does require reinforcement of basic discipline and proper handling (he is a puppy at heart). He enjoys car rides, running, swimming, long strolls and just hanging out. At this point we do not know how he will do with cats in a home but he has not shown any prey drive towards them during walks. We are presently investing in his training and he is with an experienced foster who will help to reinforce what he learns. To ensure success in his new home we will work with the new family and provide them with the knowledge and skills to properly work with Hondo. He is microchipped, up to date on vaccinations and neutered. Adoption fee.
