Adele is about 2 years and was rescued along with her puppy from a shelter in Georgia and transported to Washington State. They were close to being euthanized due to overcrowding conditions. Adele is an extremely loving girl and definitely enjoys the company of people. Car rides, playing with other dogs and receiving attention are just some of the things she enjoys. Our guess is that there was some level of abuse in her past given her intense submission to people and if your voice is raised, she drops on her back. Currently being fostered and living with 2 dogs and a cat, Adele doesn't chew or dig and is house trained (she even knows how to use a doggy door). Considering her Hound breed, she is not vocal at all except while playing. Her new home should give her lots of love and help her gain back some confidence while properly disciplining and establishing boundaries. She knows basic commands and walks well on a leash but she does wander left to her on devices (as Hounds do). Sweet Adele is microchipped, spayed and up to date on vaccinations.
