Sugar is an adorable Chihuahua (and we believe Jack Russell Terrier) mix who loves to be held on your lap. She's mellow and friendly and gets along with both cats and dogs. Unfortunately, due to her previous home that she was rescued from, she is afraid of men. With some work, she may overcome that fear - but she would prefer a home with only women.
