We call her Pennie the Piggie because when she is excited she makes quiet adorable pig-like grunting sounds. Pennie spent 6 months of her life tied up to a doghouse because she had an accident indoors. She is currently in foster care and is such a wonderful girl! She is crate-trained, potty-trained and gets along well with all people, dogs, and cats! Pennie is now 18 months old and is in her prime & ready for life. She is a high energy girl that wants nothing more than to run at the dog park, go hiking & play tug of war. She is currently fostered with 2 other large breed dogs & a Chihuahua so she is great with all other dogs, small & large. Since Pennie is such a high energy little girl we would like her to go into a home with another dog she can play with, or a home with very active parents. She is very interested in cats & even though she had never hurt one we do believe she shouldn't go to a home with cats. She thinks that cats want to play tag like the other dogs. Pennie likes people so much that she would make a good family dog also. She should be in a home with children over the age of 10 years so she does not accidentally hurt them when she's playing.
