· I am a big sweet handsome boy from Texas that is looking for my forever home. I was rescued from a high kill shelter where I was turned in by my previous family because I had a fishing lure stuck in my mouth and they said they could not afford to take me to the vet L I am a large guy (Texas size, 70 + lbs.) and around two years old; am good with other dogs, cats and children. Here’s what my foster mom says about me: "We feel that Macks would flourish in a fenced setting where he can run and play with other dogs and children. He needs room to run but a family to hang out with when he's catching his breath. He needs more leash work but has made massive improvements from the day we picked him up. He has a very playful, energetic attitude. He likes routine and is an early bird with 5:30-6:00 being his first breath of fresh air and feeding time. He never turns down affection and is very sweet natured. He knows sit, relax, back and struggles with stay because he always wants to be close to someone. He is crate friendly but not his favorite place due to his love of nature." I love life and am looking for a home that will give me lots of love and exercise. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped and vaccinated. Adoptions start with a 30-day trial and if it's not a good fit during that period, we will refund 75% of the adoption fee.
