Marcie is a 10 lb. 11 week old girl. She is sweet, laid back and looking for her forever home.  She seems to prefer observing and watching versus getting in the mix with her sibs, but she is loving and sweet all the same. Marcie is gentle and i ndependent, but wants to be around people.  She settles down well and wants to be held and cuddled. She does well with other dogs even if they are much bigger her. Marcie is consistently pottying outside and doing very well with potty training.

Marcie is one of ten puppies born to a beagle mom and we believe them to be beagle/hound mixes. Mom was abandoned at a volunteer's home in Louisiana and shortly thereafter birthed her ten babies. They've since arrived in Seattle and are being fostered in the greater Seattle area while we try and find them forever homes. If you think Marcie may be a good fit for you and your family, please read the paragraph below in its entirety.

As a purely foster based rescue, we have no central location where you can visit our dogs. Therefore, we only honor meet requests from pre-approved adopters, with an application on file.  Please fill in our online adoption application at www.myaarf.org as fully as you can and allow at least 24-48 hours for a response from our busy volunteers. Our adoption fee is $450 which includes all transport, vetting, and micro-chipping. *Proof of completion of obedience training within 90 days of adoption and spay by one year of age are requirements for adoption through AARF.*
