Winnie loves cuddles on the couch and would love for you to give her toys and chews to keep her mouth occupied. Otherwise, she may just need to find things to entertain herself with! Winnie is also an enthusiastic eater, so her foster family got her a slow eat bowl, but she still seems to scarfs her food down pretty quickly and always seems hungry. She is very food motivated, so training will likely be a breeze. At her age (almost 6 months), she is likely losing the last baby teeth she has and is reaching the juvenile stage, so she has quite the appetite and is growing quickly.

Winnie loves being outside and is fantastic with her two foster fur siblings. She loves car rides and does well in the car. Her foster family has a 2 year old son and she is wonderful with him. She is extremely playful and sweet and will make the right family a wonderful dog for years to come. As a purely foster based rescue, we have no central location where you can visit our dogs. Therefore, we only honor meet requests from pre-approved adopters, with an application on file.  Please fill in our online adoption application at www.myaarf.org as fully as you can and allow at least 24-48 hours for a response from our busy volunteers. Winnie's Adoption Fee is $450 which includes all transport, vetting (including spay/neuter) and micro-chipping. *Completion of obedience training is a requirement for adoption through AARF.*
