Cicely is one of five 8 week old puppies that were surrendered to a rural shelter in Louisiana; this is what her foster says about her:

Cicely loves attention and seeks it out more than playing with her siblings when people are around.   Cicely has a loud cry when she wants something, we are working on changing this behavior as she is a bit stubborn :)   She is an active and sweet puppy! 

As a purely foster based rescue, we have no central location where you can visit our dogs. Therefore, we only honor meet requests from pre-approved adopters, with an application on file.  Please fill in our online adoption application at www.myaarf.org as fully as you can and allow at least 24-48 hours for a response from our busy volunteers. Cicely's Adoption Fee is $450 which includes all transport, vetting (including spay/neuter) and micro-chipping. *Completion of obedience training is a requirement for adoption through AARF.*
