Sage is one of five 8 week old puppies that were surrendered to a rural shelter in Louisiana; this is what her foster mom says about her:

Sage is a little more independent then the others, she loves attention also but will play on her own or with her siblings.  She is more timid and when outside won't adventure on her own.  She will run back to safety when she gets scared.  Her energy level is slightly less than her siblings.   

As a purely foster based rescue, we have no central location where you can visit our dogs. Therefore, we only honor meet requests from pre-approved adopters, with an application on file.  Please fill in our online adoption application at www.myaarf.org as fully as you can and allow at least 24-48 hours for a response from our busy volunteers. Sage's Adoption Fee is $450 which includes all transport, vetting (including spay/neuter) and micro-chipping. *Completion of obedience training is a requirement for adoption through AARF.*
