Meet Ember! Ember is a sweet girl who was in bad shape, but she is flourishing now in her foster home and is ready to find her forever home.  She is a sweet and affectionate puppy, who loves to play, but also thinks she is a lap dog. She gets excited to see other people and dogs and will bark to say hello, but calms down quickly and is shy but friendly .  She is eager to please, which makes her motivated to learn. She is house trained and knows how to use the doggie door to go in and out of the house. She is also kennel trained and is happy to kennel up on command. Ember does well in the car and likes to explore, but still needs some work on her leash training. Ember would do well in a calm and mellow home, with older children or another doggy as a playmate. With a little more training, Ember will make a great walking or hiking buddy, and a wonderful addition to a loving family.

As a purely foster based rescue, we have no central location where you can visit our dogs. Therefore, we only honor meet requests from pre-approved adopters, with an application on file. Please fill in our online application at www.myaarf.org as fully as you can and allow at least 24-48 hours for a response from our busy volunteers. Ember's Adoption Fee is $450 which includes all transport, vetting (including spay/neuter) and micro-chipping. *Completion of obedience training is a requirement for adoption through AARF.*
