Peanut's foster mom says her favorite pastime is napping! She has settled in nicely to her foster home and just recently started playing with toys. Her favorites are the stuffed toys with squeakers. Can you blame the girl?

Peanut's foster mom says she is a dream dog and the sweetest dog she's ever met. She is all smiles all the time and has a look that she gives that just melts your heart. The cat even loves her! She's not too big on being outside for long periods of time as she loves her A/C - what a smart girl! Her foster mom also reports that she has yet to hear her bark after having her for a few weeks. Peanut has low energy and doesn't pull on the leash, but walks at your pace right beside you. She plays very well with other dogs both big and small and has a tendency to be a couch potato. Peanut has a humble and very endearing personality.

As a purely foster based rescue, we have no central location where you can visit our dogs. Therefore, we only honor meet requests from pre-approved adopters, with an application on file.  Please fill in our online application at www.myaarf.org as fully as you can and allow at least 24-48 hours for a response from our busy volunteers. Peanut's Adoption Fee is $400 which includes all transport, vetting (including spay/neuter) and micro-chipping. *Completion of obedience training is a requirement for adoption through AARF.*
