Spot is a well rounded dog with a wonderful temperament. He is great on a leash, crate trained and housebroken. Spot loves kids and people and is affectionate with everyone he meets. Spot is an easy-going, happy dog who is a joy to have around and would make a loving companion.

Spot would do great in a home where he would receive lots of love and attention with owners who have a flexible schedule, or are retired. He isn't used to city life and would prefer a home in a quiet neighborhood with a yard to run. He gets along with most dogs, but he is not a "dog park" dog and would do best as an only dog in the home.

As a purely  foster-based rescue, we have no central location where you can visit our dogs. Therefore, we only honor meet requests from pre-approved adopters, with an application on file. Please complete our online adoption application at www.myaarf.org as fully as you can and allow 24-48 hours for a response from our busy volunteer staff. Spot's adoption fee is $375 which includes transport, vetting (including spay/neuter) and micro-chipping. Completion of obedience training is a requirement for adoption through AARF.
