Rowdy and his littermates arrived to the rescue when momma dog, Raven, was found having been hit by a car. While recovering it was discovered that Momma Raven was expecting puppies!

Rowdy's personality definitely fits his name. He loves to initiate play with his sister and two foster "brothers" who are older labs. He loves running around outside and taking naps with his sister. As a puppy, he's still working on potty training, but with time and consistency he'll get the knack of it.

Rowdy would love  an active family and would do well in a home with children or other dogs .

As a purely foster-based rescue, we have no central location where you can visit our dogs.  Therefore,  we only honor meeting requests from pre-approved adopters, with an application on file. Please complete our online adoption application at www.myaarf.org/forms as fully as you can and allow 24-48 hours for a response from our busy volunteer staff. Rowdy's adoption fee is $450 which includes transportation, vetting (including spay/neuter) and micro-chipping. Completion of obedience training is a requirement for adoption through AARF.
