As a purely foster-based rescue, we have no central location where you can visit our dogs.  Therefore, we only honor meeting requests from pre-approved adopters with an application on file.  Please complete our online adoption application at www.myaarf.org/forms as fully as you can and allow 24-48 hours for a response from our busy, all volunteer staff.  Hawkeye's Adoption Fee is $400 which includes all transport, vetting (including spay/neuter) and micro-chipping.

Hawkeye loves to explore. He is very outgoing and always ready for his next adventure. However, once he's done exploring he is happy to curl up and watch a movie with you on the couch. Hawkeye has never met a person or dog that he didn’t like and gets along with everyone and everything he meets. He welcomes new dogs readily and has a very open and happy demeanor. Hawkeye seems to almost smile at times because he appears so happy. He is currently working on his manners when meeting people so as to not jump up on them. He would love to attend an obedience class with you to provide him with the proper foundation of commands and manners. He would also be a great agility dog if that is something you would enjoy doing with him!

Hawkeye's current foster believes he would be great with an active person, couple or family. He’s a fun loving and affectionate pup who l oves to explore and would love the stimulation of an active lifestyle.  He would be a great camping, hiking or road trip companion and would make your next adventure that much bettter!
