As a purely foster-based rescue, we have no central location at which you can visit our dogs.  Therefore, we only honor meeting requests from pre-approved adopters with an application on file.  Please fill in our online application at www.myaarf.org as completely as you can and allow 24-48 hours for a response from our busy, all volunteer staff. Adoption Fee is $375 which includes all transport, vetting (including spay/neuter) and micro-chipping.

Lady Bird's favorite pastime is laying beside her human. She is a very affectionate and lovable soul. She is quiet and gets along with dogs, cats and people. She may be timid at first, but will come out of her shell pretty quickly. The only bad trait of Lady Bird's is that once she’s comfortable with you, she’ll jump up on you demanding your attention. Lady Bird is very gentle with children but she may chew on some of their toys. Lady Bird is completely house trained and crate trained but she is rarely crated as she is so good in the house. Lady Bird's current foster would love to see her in a house with a retired person or couple - that have grandchildren come to visit them regularly as she is so good with kids.

Lady Bird is currently being fostered in Kent, WA
