Carmen is a sweet, loving and affectionate girl, who is a bit shy, but comes out of her shell with other dogs around.  Everyone who has met her just absolutely adores her and thinks she is the most precious thing ever!  She loves all animals big and small and gets along with everyone and everything.  Although she may be small, she isn't afraid to play and interact with big dogs - as long as they are gentle with her (see the video link below).  Carmen is also great with kids, cats and all adults.  She would be a wonderful addition to any family looking for a new furry family member.  If you think you can give her the home she deserves, please read the instructions below to submit an application.

As a purely foster-based rescue, we have no central location at which you can visit our dogs.  Therefore, we only honor meeting requests from pre-approved adopters with an application on file.  Please fill in our online application at www.myaarf.org as completely as you can and allow 24-48 hours for a response from our busy, all volunteer staff. Adoption Fee is $400 which includes all transport, vetting (including spay/neuter) and micro-chipping.
