Cookie is from a litter of seven puppies - five girls and two boys.  They somehow wound up in a pound in Louisiana without their mother and were put info foster immediately by our sister rescue, Louisiana Lifeline 4 K9's.  Her brothers, Chester & Earl, made it to Seattle on a flight last week and are already adopted by loving families. Cookie is scheduled to arrive this Thursday with her four sisters and is looking for a forever home of her own.  So far, Cookie has shown to be very confident and bold.  She loves to explore, loves other dogs and playing with them as well.  She will also play gently if needed so she is also very smart and perceptive.  Cookie loves humans, likes to stay by your side and has a calmness about her.

*As a purely foster based rescue, we have no central location or shelter where you can visit our dogs. Therefore, we only honor meeting requests from pre-approved adopters; since they will be going to our foster's home.  Please fill in our online application at www.myaarf.org as fully as you can, and allow 24-48 hours for a response from our busy volunteers.  Adoption Fee is $450 which includes her flight via Alaska Airlines from Louisiana to Seattle, vetting (including spay/neuter - with one of our approved vets, current on shots, heart worm and flea/tick preventative), and micro-chipping (including registration).
