Acadia is part of the National Park Litter (Bryce, Zion, Denali, Joshua, Glacier, Yosemite and Acadia). All the pups in the litter are very calm & quiet. They’re all for the most part submissive & enjoy lots of attention. They don’t bite or try to chew on your fingers and they are most active in the morning & nap in the afternoon & evening. All are very gentle & loving. They are very complacent when being held or picked up. The lab really shows in them as they all love to play and swim in the water. Acadia in particular is the m ost outgoing of the bunch. She is very playful & squirms the most when in someone’s lap. She doesn’t hide as much as the others & likes to cuddle with the older dogs. She would do well in a home with an existing dog(s).

If interested in applying to adopt Acadia, please see below: so, please see details below regard

*As a purely foster based rescue, we have no central location or shelter where you can visit our dogs. Therefore, we only honor meeting requests from pre-approved adopters, as they will be going to our foster's home.  Please fill in our online application at www.myaarf.org as fully as you can, and allow 24-48 hours for a response from our busy volunteers.  Acadia's Adoption Fee is $450 which includes her transport from Louisiana to Seattle, vetting (including spay/neuter - at one of our approved locations, current on shots, heart worm and flea/tick preventative), and micro-chipping (including registration).
