Frank may seem small, but what he lacks in size, he totally makes up for with heart, intelligence and sweetness. Frank's favorite thing to do is play with all his toys. He pulls all the toys out of the basket and plays with all of them. He  loves to entertain himself and is such a sweet, sweet pup. He is eager to please, learn new things and is very intelligent, as most terriers are. He's also potty trained and crate trained and therefore has never been left alone loose in the house with no supervision. We highly recommend continuing with his crate training as well as taking an obedience class with him for bonding and giving him the proper foundation to be a happy and healthy member of your family "pack". Frank will let you know when there is a visitor he is not familiar with, but he is not an excessive barker.

Frank would love to be in a home with children and/or another playful companion dog as well as a home with a nice fenced in yard where he could run free and play. However, these are not requirements for adoption. Frank does great in the car and would love to join you on hikes, adventures or camping trips as well. He gets along well with pretty much everything from dogs, cats to kids and would be a welcome addition to any family. He's wonderful with kids of all ages, loves all dogs both big and small and can play and keep up with the big boys - even 50+ lb dogs! We hope to find him a family who is ready for this fun little guy to put a smile on their faces for a long time to come!

*As a purely foster based rescue we have no central location or shelter where you can visit our dogs. Therefore, we only honor meeting requests from pre-approved adopters, as they will be going to our foster's homes.  Please fill in our online application at www.myaarf.org as fully as you can. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response from our busy volunteers. Frank's Adoption Fee is $425 which includes his transport from Louisiana to Seattle, all vetting (including a full health exam, spay/neuter & shots), and micro-chipping.
