Sundance's favorite toys are hooves, bully sticks and Kongs.  He is a very sweet boy who loves to be with his people.  He is quite the love bug who likes to be near you and follow you everywhere. He is currently working on his crate training and house breaking. He is an intelligent little guy. Sundance would do well with other dogs, but does prefer his people and attention and affection from them.  Going to the PNW he is hoping to find a home that enjoys spending time with him outside and can't wait to see the ocean and the mountains for the first time!  He loves to be by his person's side, or exploring with them outdoors.  As with all young puppies Sundance cannot be left alone for more than 2-3 hrs at a time and is still working on his potty training.

Part of our adoption contract is a promise to attend a puppy training class to ensure he has a great start learning the rules of life as a family member.  Are you ready to commit to training?  Have a hefty dose of patience? Are you ready for puppy breath, cuddles, laughter and more?  Then perhaps Sundance is the boy for you :)  Please do your research on puppy ownership before applying, - remember, the time you put into your dog will be returned ten fold!

As a purely foster based rescue we have no central location at which you can visit our dogs, consequently we only honor meeting requests from pre-approved adopters.  Please fill in our online application at www.myaarf.org as detailed as you can.  It won't obligate you to anything or any particular dog, but gives us a great place from which to begin the matching process.  Please allow 24-48 hours for a response from our busy volunteers. Adoption Fee is $400 which includes all transport, vetting (including spay/neuter) and microchipping.
