Nelson is a fun loving leggy puppy with an aptitude for decorating.  He is a well behaved 4-5 month old who loves to play decorator with anything not nailed down or put away.  HIs foster mom finds her throw pillows in the kitchen and the other dog’s dishes in the bedroom.  He is easy going, doesn’t bark unless his foster siblings rile him up, sleeps through the night and can use a doggy door.  The foster sibling cats leave him alone but he would like to get to know one better.  He did politely try to nibble on a kitten :) He is food motivated but can be distracted by pretty much anything.  He is quick to learn and eager to please. Good with kids, cats and other dogs is excitable but doesn't jump up and isn't mouthy. He would love to have another dog to play with but it isn't necessary for adoption.

Nelson is crate trained, loves to ride in the car and enjoys swimming. He is interested in chickens but responds well to correction and very trainable. He already knows sit and come and can't wait to have a family of his very own.
